Abstract

This regional report has been produced in addition to the national Learning from Lives and Deaths – People with a learning disability and autistic people (LeDeR) report, which focuses on the adults with a learning disability and autistic people who died in England and were notified to LeDeR. Regional reports provide a more detailed analysis of national
findings and help to inform region-specific service priorities. These reports supplement the main LeDeR report and provide regional comparisons.
