Abstract
This paper introduces a novel theoretical framework that reinterprets spacetime not as a continuous ontological entity but as a transitional interface that emerges at the velocity of light. A new transition equation, the C-Bound Equation (CBE) is proposed to describe the boundary condition at which time and space collapse into an abstract regime. The Ontological Transition Framework (OTF) further classifies velocity-dependent domains of physical reality. This framework challenges conventional interpretations by proposing that spacetime should not be viewed as a universal physical entity but a velocity-dependent abstraction that applies only in a specific boundary regime, emerging at the speed of light and dissolving outside it. This approach provides a consistent explanation for why massless particles such as photons do not experience time or distance, reinforcing the idea that spacetime is a transitional mathematical model rather than a fundamental physical medium.
