Abstract

The convergence of artificial intelligence and marketing communication has fundamentally transformed how entrepreneurs approach storytelling, brand development, and content creation. This chapter explores how machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and generative AI tools enable more personalized, data-driven brand narratives. Through analysis of current applications, theoretical frameworks, and real-world implementations, the authors investigate how entrepreneurs leverage AI to craft compelling stories and create scalable digital content. The chapter addresses opportunities and challenges in AI-supported marketing, including authenticity concerns, ethical considerations, and the balance between human creativity and machine efficiency. The findings suggest successful AI integration requires strategic approaches combining technological capabilities with human insight, emotional intelligence, and cultural understanding, offering practical implications for entrepreneurs and marketing professionals.
