Abstract

The growth in the prevalence of mental health conditions has put further pressure on health and social care services. Although digital technologies are seen as a solution to the challenges faced, uncertainty remains as to their effectiveness. This article critically appraises and evaluates a systematic review that compares the effectiveness of telehealth with face-to-face in-person provision of care for people with depression.
