Abstract

An agile professional is one who possesses the traits of adaptability, lifelong learning, collaboration, and responsiveness to change within their work environment. Given the increasingly competitive and technological nature of our world today, it is imperative for professionals to learn how to navigate through uncertainties and deliver solutions efficiently. The contemporary work environment is rapidly changing with the advent of Agentic AI, which refers to intelligent systems with the ability to plan, reason, adapt and execute tasks in pursuit of a particular goal. Agile professionals have a chance to utilise the power of Agentic AI in order to increase efficiency and make informed decisions in the rapidly changing environment. The combination of an agile approach involving adaptability, continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork with autonomous AI will allow professionals to pay more attention to creative and strategic tasks.

In this talk, we will discuss how agile professionals may use Agentic AI as their collaborator for the optimisation of work processes, data-driven decision-making, automation of routine actions and adaptation to changes in business. This work further emphasises the significance of becoming an agile professional in order to achieve productivity and innovation by embracing the capabilities of multi-agent systems with numerous tasks.
