I hold a BA in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MA in Business Management from Kingston University, a PhD in Management from Kent University and a PGCert in Teaching&Learning from UCLan. My current research involves the multifaceted impact of Internationalisation, Cultural and Psychic Distance on the performance of large multinational enterprises and the various factors that moderate the interaction between them. Some of the factors currently under investigation are the role of Intra-Cultural Variation, Cultural tolerance and Board diversity. Furthermore, I explore the internationalisation of SMEs by investigating the impact of the International Entrepreneurship at the home-country level.
